Returns & Exchanges

At Teva Naot, we are committed to your comfort and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Teva Naot box and include the original invoice or packing slip to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
